Shipping & Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 1pm the same day (Mon – Fri).

Whilst delivery charges outside the UK mainland region are higher, this is unfortunately out of our hands.

All deliveries must be signed for on delivery.

If there is no-one to sign for the parcel at the time of delivery a calling card will be left with a number for you to call to discuss re-delivery or pick-up.

Once dispatched delivery is usually next working day, however, some areas of the UK may take a little longer.

Saturday and time specific deliveries must be arranged with our customer services and will incur an additional charge.

Whilst we hope that you will receive your order in perfect condition, if your order is damaged, faulty, or incomplete please report this to us within 3 days by phone (01753 362282) or email info@completesportsnutrition.co.uk.

Please quote your order/ invoice number.

Please then retain the complete order until we ask you to return the goods, for a full refund of all charges incurred.

You also have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 7 days of receiving confirmation.

In the unlikely event that you change your mind and would like to cancel please inform us by telephone, quoting your order / invoice number.

If you have already received your order, please call us within 7 days to inform them of your wish to cancel and return the undamaged goods in their original packaging.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
